I really enjoyed using the Papayya!

I really enjoyed using Papayya. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The sessions were personalized to meet my needs. The trainer was very friendly and helpful. She gave me feedback on how to make improvements. Although I was not sure if I would be able to complete the exercises, my trainer let me workout at my own pace.

I was very impressed that an online trainer can do so much, this truly exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Papayya online personal training for its convenience and excellent service. I found my trainer to be very professional, qualified and knowledgeable. I have been a member of several gyms and had sessions with personal trainers in the past, but this was the first one to immediately identify imbalances that I’ve been having due to my desk job and that have been causing me pain and discomfort for years.

I would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

The sessions with the personal trainer exceeded my expectations. What I liked the most was that it provided exercises that met my needs. I also liked the friendliness of the personal trainer I worked with. She kept me motivated and encouraged throughout the session.

Exceeded every expectation and confident I made the right choice.

Been wanting to get beyond my Peloton and ramp up my exercise program but as someone self employed in an international company that works round the clock it's just not possible to keep a stabile work out routine. It's a great way to work with a personal trainer from the comfort from your home!

I had a wonderful first experience with Papayya. I love the pricing, it's extremely affordable making personal training more accessible especially for older people who may not be able to leave their homes. What I liked the most was the initial evaluation of posture and gait. I've never had any trainers do that previously

A great work out session that goes at your pace!

You don't have to leave your home for a knowledgeable personal trainer. You get to chose the length of your sessions and the trainer was very nice and knowledgeable.

Papayya is an excellent choice

My trainer was very engaging and showed expertise of the program. He showed me clear instructions to ensure I was exercising effectively and safely. Also, because of our busy schedules, Papayya would be perfect because you can work out anytime and anywhere. Sticking to your workout routine would be a lot easier.

Its a great online fitness platform. I was pretty impressed.

Mostly, I liked the flexibility in scheduling the session which can easily fit in your day. The virtual trainer was as effective as the physical one and I would even say, it was much better. She had in depth knowledge about both fitness and nutrition required for maintaining healthy lifestyle. My trainer pointed out the posture mistakes I was doing while exercising.
