Book your assessment

  • Choose the best date and time for you.
  • This assessment will last 1 hour.
  • You will need to wear comfortable clothes, access to internet (mobile or desktop) and the personal trainer will adapt to your conditions.

Enjoy your session!

  • In this session you will perform a fitness assessment.
  • The physical assessment includes strength, cardiovascular and postural evaluation.
  • You will receive a Report soon after!
